What is Bookify?

Bookify is a full business management platform designed for service-based small businesses — hairdressers, beauty salons, personal trainers, massage therapists, auto mechanics, and any other appointment-based business. With Bookify, your clients can book online and you manage bookings, clients, payments, invoicing, and marketing in one place.

Who is Bookify for?

Any business where appointments are the core: hairdressers, beauticians, massage therapists, personal trainers, tattoo artists, barbers, fitness studios, auto mechanics, tutors, legal consultants, medical clinics, and many more. If you give out time slots, Bookify is your tool.

How difficult is it to set up?

Bookify is designed to be fully set up in an afternoon — no technical knowledge needed. Average setup time is 10 minutes: add your services, set your working hours, and you're ready to accept bookings.

Do I need a website to use Bookify?

No. Bookify provides a customizable booking page (e.g., bookify.hu/your-name) that you can share in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, or any social media. If you already have a website, you can also embed the Bookify booking widget.

Bookings & Calendar

How can my clients book appointments?

Your clients receive your personal booking link, click it, choose the service, time slot, and staff member (if applicable), then confirm the booking. The whole process works perfectly on mobile and takes no more than 2–3 minutes.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, and it's two-way sync. If you block a time slot in Google Calendar, it automatically becomes unavailable on your booking page. If someone books online, it appears in your Google Calendar too.

Does it send reminders to clients?

Yes, automatically. Bookify sends SMS and email reminders to clients before their appointment — 24 hours before by default, but this is customizable. Automatic reminders reduce no-shows by 50–70% on average.

Can I manage multiple staff members?

Yes. You can add as many staff members as you need. Each staff member can have their own calendar, working hours, and service offering. Clients can choose who they want to book with, or you can set up automatic assignment.

Payments & Invoicing

Can clients pay online when booking?

Yes. Bookify accepts card payments via Stripe Connect — including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Money goes directly to your bank account; Bookify never handles your payments.

Can I require a deposit at booking?

Yes. You can require clients to pay a deposit to confirm their booking (either a fixed amount or a percentage of the service price). This virtually eliminates no-shows.

How does invoicing work?

Bookify has built-in invoicing and supports Billingo.hu and Számlázz.hu integrations. An invoice can be automatically generated for every completed payment and sent to the client by email.

Pricing & Trial

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Bookify offers a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. All features are available during the trial, without any restrictions.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no long-term commitment — Bookify runs on a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it.
